How to top-up your Buzport account

Adding more funds to your Buzport account is easy and secure.  Easiest and fastest way is to use a credit/debit card.  Cash payments are also possible.

To add funds login to your Buzport Account, go to “Add Credits” page and choose a payment option.

Secure payment with MoneyBookers

This is the fastest and the easiest way to add funds – takes just few minutes with a credit/debit card.  Funds are available instantly.

Login to your Buzport account, go to “Add Credits” page, select amount from a drop-down list.  When you press a button with card logos, you will be taken to MoneyBookers site, where you will need to enter your card details and confirm the payment.

MoneyBookers is one of the top international payment processors, recognized for security and reliability of operations.  Thousands of online stores and service providers use MoneyBookers as a processor of card payments.  Buzport has partnered with MoneyBookers to give customers best possible security of payments with credit/debit cards.

All your sensitive payment-related information is only known to MoneyBookers, it is entered and processed on their site – you get there when you press a payment button.  Buzport will never have access to your credit card data.

Credit/debit card payments do not require you to have an account with MoneyBookers.  However if you have an account there, it makes the process of subsequent payment even faster and more secure – there will be no need to enter all the sensitive information again.

As an alternative to credit/debit cards MoneyBookers would let you make a direct bank transfer.  Please follow instructions on MoneyBookers site.

Cash payments with CashU

This option is for customers preferring cash payments.  Although the process involves more steps, there is no need for a credit card.

CashU scratch cards are available in most of the countries of the Persian Gulf and northern Africa (for other countries see below).  The cards are purchased for cash in local stores.  Go to CashU site to find locations closest to you.

Process of adding funds to Buzport account with CashU is 3 steps:

1. Buy a CashU scretch-card at one of the locations (see the list on cashU site)
2. Create and account at CashU, use a code from the scratch card to store cash on your CashU account, see more details on cashU site
3. Login to your Buzport account, go to “Add Credits” page, enter the amount of payment in US Dollars.  When you press “Pay” button you will be taken to CashU site, where you will need to enter your CashU login and password and confirm the payment.

Your funds will be available immediately for making Buzport calls.

If CashU cards are not available in your country you can still add cash to cashU account with another service Ukash that accepts cash payments in a growing number of countries.  Check if Ukash service is available in your country (click “Where to get” on a front page of their site).  Purchase an Ukash voucher for cash as described on Ukash site -> in your CashU account enter the number from the voucher -> top-up a Buzport account as described above.

Ukash is available in a number of stores and banks in participating countries.  You can even make payments with some of the mobile operators.  Please check Ukash site for details and availability.
